With a long history of 83 years since the foundation of the former Osaka Yogyo Fire Brick Co., Ltd., and 137 years since the foundation of the former Osaka Yogyo Co., Ltd., we have played a part in the development of heavy industry.

We have earnestly developed new products that meet customer needs, proactively developed business within and outside Japan, promoted structural improvement based on quality first, and enhanced production efficiency.
For the New Yotai Refractory Co., Ltd., which is a subsidiary in China (full ownership of capital by our company from 2005), we promoted the improvement of company quality through the expansion of exports, creation of high-value added products, and the expansion of the sales of monolithic refractories.

Additionally, we built a strong position in engineering where we offered both materials and construction services in a consistent way by providing our technology and expertise in advanced design and construction for the development of industrial furnaces in a wide variety of areas where refractories were needed.

To continue to be a company trusted by customers under the slogan “It was good that we left it to you,” we will work to improve our business performance by creating the future in the spirit of challenge and by building a future production system in full cooperation with the Manufacturing, Sales, Development, and Engineering departments to respond to diversified needs and a changing world economy.
