What is ENGINEERING？
Our Engineering Business Division designs and constructs linings for industrial furnaces using self-manufactured refractories. Specifically, we construct and maintain industrial furnaces installed in waste incineration plants, cement plants, chemical plants, and ironworks using refractory bricks and monolithic refractories.
Materials, which support our lives in a profound way, such as iron and cement, are created from the technologies using fire where advanced construction technology is required. We offer high technology and performance, which are highly rated, and respond to customer needs accurately to gain solid credibility in the construction of all kinds of refractories by using our engineering technology for industrial furnaces that we have cultivated over many years.

Iron works/Construction of ladles
As the refractories for ladles need to be repaired every few days, and there are many pieces of equipment, construction work is performed on a daily basis.
Construction condition of monolithic refractories
As monolithic refractories can be constructed using devices appropriate for various types of industrial furnaces, the materials and homogeneous, fine construction bodies can be obtained in a short period of time.
Rotary kiln
Using a mechanical construction method enhances work efficiency and construction accuracy, as well as prevents the occurrence of brick problems during operation.
Our Engineering Business Division Works
01Design
We design linings using two-dimensional and three-dimensional CADs based on the selection of materials and the calculation of heat transfer, which are appropriate for industrial furnace operating conditions (temperature, furnace pressure, gas components, and treated material). Our abundant experience that we gained for over a half century supports our lining design.
02Construction
We perform construction on-site and on the premises under the cooperation of a furnace installation company. Our construction supervisor manages and supervises the required safety, construction quality, and construction period.
03Supervisory in foreign countries
We perform supervisory work during construction in foreign countries where our products are used.
