YOTAI-AIRSET-JT
These products are air setting mortar that they are workability due to maximum particle size is small and included chemical binders, then they indicate high adhesive strength. With increasing temperature, they are getting more strong adhesion. They show excellent gas resistance and corrosion resistance due to there is no break joint. YOTAI supplies various classes depending on the brick material. YOTAI supplies three types of YOTAI-AIRSET-JT.
Please increase temperature immediately after installation. Because it may cause the efflorescence phenomenon if the air setting mortar is left for a long time.
Also, it may occur material destruction when temperature drop below freezing. Therefore please manage the temperature.
- Dry type

They beforehand include powdered aggregate and powdered chemical binders. How to use is to knead well while adding an appropriate amount of water.
- Separate type
-
They are as a set of powdered aggregate in a moisture-proof paper bag and chemical binder solution in a steel can. How to use is to knead well while adding specific chemical binder and an appropriate amount of water to the powdered aggregate.
- Wet type
-
These products that beforehand include powdered aggregate and liquid chemical binder, which are a slurry-like, air-setting mortar with clay suitable for solution. Please use it these are after opening the can.
